Joy has worked in the block management industry for over 10 years, owning her own block management company before joining Glide Property Management. Joy has a background in property litigation and has a very keen interest in cladding remediation. Joy was one of the first representatives to secure funds from the Building Safety Fund on behalf of her RTM client. Outside of work, Joy’s time is taken up raising her 2 young children.
